I utterly condemn the attack that has just taken place in Tel Aviv, targeting civilians just at a time when everything must be done to achieve a ceasefire.

Establishing a lasting ceasefire is a matter of urgency.

I will discuss this matter once again today with my Israeli, Egyptian and American counterparts.
